April J. Boxeth is a partner of Voigt, Rodè & Boxeth practicing in the area of nursing facility collections, conservator/guardian law, probate, senior housing and home care, hospice, civil litigation and general corporate matters.  Ms. Boxeth has worked in the area of nursing facility collections for over 20 years and has significant experience probate, medical assistance, private and third party accounts receivable.  She is a frequent lecturer on all of these topics.  Ms. Boxeth is also a former Business Law Practicum adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law.
